If you forgot your password you can easily recover it by ticking „forgot password” box and then pressing „password recovery” in login menu. An email containing password recovery link will be automatically sent to you by our system.

You need to log-in to you account and then go to Payment bookmark. It is possible to make an order immediately after the Registration to the system or at any other time comfortable for you. Then you need to:

  • log-in to the system
  • choose your services from the list placed on the PAYMENT bookmark
  • write down your invoice data
  • choose a method of payment (bank transfer or online payment)
  • accept your order pressing (Buy for..)

System automatically sends confirmation of your order to you on your email address given during registration process. 

Unfortunately our website isn’t fully functioning on Internet Explorer and older version of Safari browsers, so we are suggesting switching to for example: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

If you choose bank transfer as form of payment you will get a proforma invoice sent to your email address (in case you choose other payment forms you will be getting only proper invoice). Proper invoice will be sent the same way after the payment.

Bank details are automatically sent to you by our system with a proforma invoice attached after choosing bank transfer as form of payment.

Usually dotpay transactions are deleted due to haste, because instructions are not being followed, so please take your time during making this kind of payment and follow very carefully directions given by the system. After successfully making a transaction you should receive an invoice confirming its finalization process.  

When dotpay transaction gets rejected it means there was a problem with processing the payment through your bank, so please try making a transaction again or contact your bank for more details.

Paid-by date is located on the bottom-right corner of the proforma invoice.

Unfortunately due to the limited number of hotel rooms we can’t make a reservation without collecting a fee first, so in order to assure your hotel reservation you need to make a successful payment.
